Delete your PropBot AI account

1. Sign in to the PropBot AI app, or at app.propbotai.net, and open the account menu → Delete account (or Settings → Account → Delete account).
2. Enter your password, type DELETE and choose Delete account.
3. We email you straight away, close the account as soon as we can and within 30 days at the latest, and email you again when it's done. Until then you can withdraw the request in the same place.

Reset your password from the sign-in page, or email support@propbotai.net from the address you sign in with, subject "Delete my PropBot AI account". We reply to that address to confirm, and the 30 days run from the day we receive your email. You don't need the app.

Your profile and settings, leads, conversations and messages, listings, viewings, uploaded photos, brochures and floor plans, push-notification tokens, your sign-in account, and our connections to your WhatsApp Business account and Google Calendar. An account with no stored data is deleted straight away.

• a closed-account record with your account ID, sign-up date and billing references (no name or contact details);
• the record of your acceptance of our Terms (time, version, sign-in email, IP address and browser), of your choices about sharing data with Anthropic (time, version, IP address and browser), and of your deletion request (no contact details);
• invoices and billing records held by our payment processor, Stripe, for as long as UAE tax and accounting law requires;
• a copy of your data we prepare before closing, kept privately for 30 days after closure so we can send it if you ask, then deleted;
• system logs, which can include IP addresses and browser details and expire within 30 days;
• copies in backups: our database backups expire within 14 days of deletion, and Google Firebase, our sign-in and notification provider, removes sign-in records and notification tokens from its live and backup systems within 180 days.

It stops renewing when you ask, and closing the account ends it. Unused time isn't refunded, as our Terms say; if we charge a renewal after your request, we refund it.

Any subscription ends when the account closes.

• If you connected your own WhatsApp Business account, your number and account stay yours; we disconnect from it.
• If PropBot manages your WhatsApp number, the number stays with PropBot and stops answering when your account closes; we email you its leads first.
• Viewings already booked stay in your Google Calendar, and we don't message your leads.

You can also delete single leads, conversations and listings, disconnect Google Calendar, or sign out of the app to remove its notification token, without deleting your account.
